Synopsis
After Captain Murphy lost some of his men on his last mission to Mexico to bring back a US Senator, he has been plagued with unhappiness and bad dreams. When Murphy is given orders to go back to Mexico to help Mexican people slaving for Salvatore, a rich drug dealer, he must use a new technology plane to get there. The plane is technically advanced with a new protection luxury called 'Active Stealth'. Murphy and his men get aboard the 'Active Stealth', piloted by Hollywood who dreams of being an actor and embark to Mexico. The action never stops from then on when Salvatore sends his men in to block them from getting through.

The desire to improve the delivery efficiency has prompted the search for stealthy long-circulating nanoplatforms. Herein, we design an antiphagocytic delivery system with “active” stealth behavior for cancer theranostics combining efficient MRI and enhanced drug delivery. We modify self-peptide, a synthetic peptide for active immunomodulation, to biodegradable poly(lactide-glycolide)–poly(ethylene glycol) (PLGA–PEG), then utilize the self-assembly properties of PLGA–PEG to form nanomicelles that encapsulating iron oxide (IO) nanoparticles and anticancer drug paclitaxel (PTX). Through the interaction of self-peptide with the receptor SIRPα, which is expressed on phagocytes, the as-prepared nanomicelles can disguise as “self” to avoid being recognized as foreign particles by MPS, leading to improved blood circulation time and deliv.
A soldier sets out on a mission of mercy only to discover he's a pawn in a deadly game in this action thriller from cult hero Fred Olen Ray. Murphy and Reynolds are able to signal for help, and a squadron frees the captured soldiers, but Rifkin (Hannes Jaenicke), Murphy's friend and comrade, goes missing in action. A year later, Murphy learns that Rifkin is being held captive by the cartel's leader, Salvatore (Joe Lala), and with Reynolds' help, he sets out on a secret rescue mission using a state-of-the-art stealth aircraft to avoid detection by either Salvatore's gang or government troops. However, Murphy eventually discovers he's walked into a trap -- Reynolds and Rifkin are in cahoots with Salvatore, and they've staged Rifkin's capture to steal the jet for Salvatore's illegal purposes..
